With more than 16 years of experience, Dr. Wheeler has leveraged her knowledge of STEM education, cognitive science, student development, teaching and learning, entrepreneurship, management, and leadership to help institutions holistically improve retention, persistence, and completion rates. Her past roles include STEM Teaching and Learning Consultant, Academic Support Program Manager, Assistant Provost of Student Success, and Executive Director of a Higher Education Non-profit.
